I recently had some scheduled maintenance on my 2019 Yukon XL and as always, the Service Advisors were courteous and respectful of my time. Mike wrote up The order of what I need done to my vehicle and also made some suggestions of other possible maintenance points. The service was quick and thorough and i was out of there in under an hour. It’s a pleasure doing business with Lake City GMC.
Having owned and driven two jeeps since 2004, I was second guessing my choice to purchase my third. I talked to Blake over the phone, they sent me an out the door quote, we negotiated a little, came to a deal, and two days later they delivered my new Dually to my house, and I live 90 miles away. If you know what you are looking for and want an easy transaction, this dealership will not disappoint. I will look to them in my next purchase later this year.

While driving from Fort Lauderdale to Missouri our 2025 Acadia lost transmission fluid. We drove to closest dealership which was Lake City. Mike and Mitch helped us immediately. Their customer service went above and beyond. They got us a rental car so we could get home. They were in constant contact with us and GM until we received our car back. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their staff.

Really it was a little touch and go for a while. I actually left and was quite a ways home when the manager called me and asked me to come back. We got things settled and everything was fine until the signing and I was told the price was increased. After a little stand off we compromised and signed the deal. I love the truck and all in all they were very helpful.

They convinced me to come out there, one an a half hour drive. They helped me to get the best deal I could have ever wanted on a new truck fitting my budget, plans, an needs. Absolutely Horrible – Stay Far Away! Buying a car from this place was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The car broke down almost immediately, and when I reached out for help, they couldn’t care less. Their so-called “customer service” is a joke – they ignored me, refused to fix the issue, and basically told me I was on my own. It’s clear they only care about taking your money and then ghosting you. Do NOT waste your time or money here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values their customers.
