Very unprofessional. I have been a customer for 15 years, but treated very rudely. I was very humiliated to find out I had been corresponding with Madison who turned out to be a robot. You couldnt even have a human talk to me. Then when I came in for a scheduled appointment no one knew I was coming. Absolutely Fantastic customer service. My wife and I are on our way to our honeymoon and we had car troubles. The service manger and technician ( whose names I wish I remembered) Our check engine light came on and we stopped there to get it checked out. They assured us everything was under warranty and we can enjoy our honeymoon. I would recommend this place 10000%. They pretty much saved our trip. They also gave us a ride to get our rental car!

I drove almost 2 hours to find out the vehicle I called about was no where to be found, The original salesperson played games and lied about the inventory, The manager intervened and saved the sale. Best car buying experience in years. We started the endeavor with me setting some ground rules. Don’t treat me like I’m uneducated, don’t play games, be transparent and straight forward. I knew what I wanted to pay and wasn’t going to pay anything more. This was the first time in over 30 years of buying vehicles where there was one conversation about the bottom line and it was inline with my expectations. Mr Tim treated me with the utmost respect.

Rian in sales was excellent! Found a nice camaro but I should of had it inspected before I decide to buy it AS-IS. Would of been nice if they were upfront about what was wrong. NOT GOOD! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, here's why. We purchased a used 2020 Camry SLE from this dealer. We live two hours away and drove there due to a limited selection of this vehicle on-line. It was dark when we arrived. Upon arriving we met Tim Lide, a salesperson at the dealership.
